ROOM RATES

Room rates include breakfast, 6% VAT and Wi-Fi as well as the local city tax of € 4,25 per room per night . Please note that the VAT and City tax are subject to change by the Flemish Government. The hotel has the right to change contracted room rates accordingly. Room rates will be valid during contracted dates. A change in either the length of stay or number of rooms might result in a change in the room rate.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in will be available from 15:00 onwards. All rooms are available until 12:00 on the day of departure.

BREAKFAST

BTC Group guests can enjoy a continental breakfast buffet from 06:30 until 10:30 during weekdays(Monday to Friday) and from 07:00 until 11:00 on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

PARKING

The Holiday Inn Express Brussels Grand-Place has limited parking spaces available for € 17,50 per car per 24h. The parking cannot be pre-booked.

PAYMENT METHOD AND CONDITIONS

Credit card provided is for guarantee only and shall only be charged by the hotel in case of cancellation or no show as per agreed policy.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Cancellation of the rooms can be done without costs till 21 days before arrival. After this day, a 1 (one) night cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel.

No show means failure to arrive at hotel on the day booked for arrival. Hotel to hold reservation until 06.00am on the day after the original arrival date. For late night and early (next) morning arrival with flight information given to hotel. If guest has not informed hotel of the change on arrival date, hotel can release booking and apply 1 night room charge penalty for the guest(s).
